The following three options require that you print out your order form and Fax, Call in or Mail your completed Adventure Club form to us.

2) You may call in your order to: (405) 343-4976 (M-F, 9A.M. -5P.M CST), and deliver your credit card information over the phone.
3) You may print the Membership Club form (indicating membership desired - one year at $15.00 or two years at $28.00) and Fax it with your credit card information to: (866) 903-9340

Once your completed form and payment are received you will be notified via E-mail with a confirmation and order number as well as a "Welcome to your Adventure!" letter. This letter will include your password information so that you may access our online coupons from businesses that offer discounts to our Campingpet Adventure Club Members. You will also be able to access our online membership area to speak to other members and share photos.
